If you are in the area, you should try it out! It’s off of 54 on the Raleigh side of Durham. They have free play times and exercise classes.
Something about jumping on trampolines for an hour makes you feel amazing and euphoric (and hella sore.)

I've started running and I really like it, but...
I run really slow, and I’m just starting out so I intersperse it with a lot of walking intervals. And my muscles are not quite used to this so pretty often I’ll get a muscle cramp or side stitch or something that will slow me down even more. And then today my bitch sister laughed at me when she passed me running.
Sometimes I hate everything.
